Heroes Car Wash

Great car wash with even better ownership. Josh and Steven are top-tier guys and some of the hardest-working people you’ll meet. I’m not sure when these guys find time to sleep. The employees are always friendly, hardworking, and involved in keeping everything running smoothly. The property is clean, well maintained, and you can tell everyone takes pride in the business. This isn’t your typical corporate car wash. It has a true locally owned, mom-and-pop feel, and it shows in the way they treat their customers and run the place. Highly recommend!

Jake & Tanner at Hero Car Wash in South Asheville deserve a shoutout! Every time I pull in, they greet me with a smile and enough positive energy to make me feel like I just won the lottery—even though I’m literally just getting my car washed! 😂 They’re always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seem happy to see you. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, so I really appreciate these guys bringing the good vibes every time I come through. Hero Car Wash, hang on to these two—they’re awesome! 👏🏼🚗✨

A great, convenient car wash that looks like it takes care of its employees. Quanzha was very helpful with the post-wash touch up, something I’m glad they do. If I have any complaints, sometimes it feels like cars are packed a little too tight through the wash, and the air dryers at the end leave a lot of water left over (though that could be said for pretty much every car wash). The self-clean/dry options are very nice, but a little extra power to the blowers would go a long way. Regardles, it’s a membership I’m glad I have, incredibly convenient for my commute and keeping my car nice and shiney for work!

Heroes is hands down the best car wash I’ve ever been to! The staff, specially Tanner, are always so friendly and professional! Time and time again I’m satisfied with the service I receive and will only go to this car wash. If you’re looking for a car wash that leaves your car spotless, is clean, efficient, and well-maintained, you gotta come to Heroes! Not only do they provide quality service but also excellent customer care. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed and guarantee you’ll return!

I’m disappointed with this car wash experience I recently moved from Kansas City a few months back and was excited to find a car wash here, but Im disappointed. At $20 for the cheapest basic car wash, I expected a solid job—but what I got fell well short of that. The biggest issues are the cleaning process itself: • They do not prep the front of the car with a high-pressure washer before you enter the tunnel. Bugs, dirt, and road grime are simply sprayed straight into the wash. • They skip proper cleaning of the wheel wells and the back of the car (usually the hardest area to reach with brushes). • When I left, the staff only did a quick wipe-down of the back. Because the surface was still dirty, they were just rubbing dirty rags across it—creating scratches on the paint. • My wheels still have visible residue all over them. This is the opposite of what I expected from a professional car wash, especially at this price point. The process feels poorly executed. I’m a former car wash manager, so I know what proper prep and cleaning should look like. In Kansas City, it’s normal to have the front of your car sprayed down with high pressure spray first before the wash tunnel—that’s
